The New Exclusive Experience

We know we're lucky to have so many incredible rooms across our properties, some with their own garden spaces, balconies and separate lounge spaces, so we are bringing a whole new in-room dining experience so you can enjoy private dining in your safe haven whilst you're with us. We'll have all day enhanced room service options, alongside full breakfast and dinner experiences you can enjoy in your room. When you're enjoying being in your room so much, it's a great excuse not to! Available at some of our hotels.

When the British summer comes, we're not ones to miss it and our alfresco dining offers the best of both delicious dining with glorious sunshine, in beautiful surroundings. As always we will be offering dining on our terraces but we have also introduced some new tasty picnic hampers so you can take to our grounds with a blanket and enjoy some lunch in your favourite spot!

With 'one daily exercise' allowance, many of us started getting more active in our homes more than ever before. We want you to be able to continue this great practice in our hotels, so we are now providing an exercise mat for you to use. You can enjoy stretching the body and relaxing the mind in either your room, or why not take the mat out into our grounds to let nature help calm the mind too. Just pop to reception if you want to borrow one!

In light of these uncertain and ever-changing times, we have introduced a new booking rate which offers unprecedented flexibility along with a rewarding discount for paying up front. Enjoy a 10% discount off of our flexible bed and breakfast rate and if for any reason you foresee the date you've booked being an issue, just give us at least 7 days notice and we'll happily move your booking as many times as you like within a 12 month period.

We are currently working on a brand new Exclusive Collection app for you, so you're able to manage your stay from the touch of a button and the comfort of your own mobile device. You'll be able to check in and check out, view your bill and make payment and (we think most importantly!) order food and drink straight from your device to be delivered to you wherever you're choosing to relax around the hotel. No need to head to the bar, or catch the eye of one of our team, just simply select your location and order what you like!
