Working from your home office or kitchen table, conference calling and video meetings have, more than ever over the last few months, become the ‘new normal’. But now the time has come to welcome you back to our home.
Each of our six meeting venues has been working hard to create safe environments for face to face, in-person meetings. Reviewing the way we use and allocate our event spaces, how we set them up and service styles we can provide.
All companies will be looking to ensure their need to get together does not impact on the health and safety of their employees.
With this in mind we have identified ‘meeting pods’ or ‘bubbles’ – dedicated areas of the hotels which can be exclusively allocated , limiting access to just your team and the dedicated service staff assigned to take care of you. Likewise sections of bedrooms off a single corridor can be reserved to work hand in hand with the conference rooms. Creating an area or areas dedicated to you.
Also consider the ultimate bubble - exclusive use of the whole property.
Then we ask you to ‘Build your own meeting’ giving you full flexibility. Every aspect of the layout, room amenities, catering and service style is for you to choose – for example: The host wants a u-shape style – is this with or without tables, are the chairs 1m, 1.5 or 2m apart, do you want AV? Stationary? Coffee breaks in the meeting room or just outside? The choices are in your hands but we will of course guide you through it.
In addition to what we usually include in our meeting packages, we will endeavour that your meeting spaces have been left empty for at least 24 hours before your use; undertake our high touch, 10 point cleaning program, an enhanced housekeeping regime, prior to your arrival including use of a disinfectant fog; provide hand sanitiser and disinfectant wipes in your meeting rooms and bedrooms.
We can also provide 100% bio secure facilities if you require.
Hybrid meetings with guests at multiple locations can be arranged if not everyone can come on-site.
We are offering all these enhanced arrangements for small meetings for six or eight, all the way through to 30 people until the end of September, and after this time, while government guidance allows, beyond these numbers.
