Paul will discuss ingredients, regions and taste testing during the day. You will create three each of canapés, starters and main courses learning how to taste and understand flavours and combinations as you go. Perfect for beginners!

South American cuisine is a rich mixture of native, European, African and Oriental influences, based on exotic flavours from the Amazon jungle, from high in the Andes mountains and from the mighty Pacific ocean. Students will create a sweet and savoury pizza and at the end of the session your pizza will be cooked in Stone Baked Oven in our Kitchen garden for you to enjoy with the rest of your class.
