By the end of the day, you’ll have prepared a feast, including local ChalkStream trout cooked on a cedar plank, steak cooked directly on a lump of charcoal, and outrageously tender, slow-cooked baby pork ribs. You’ll leave us full of knowledge and food, ready to re-create these tasty dishes in your own garden for family and friends to enjoy.
