Our evening classes include Evening Demonstrations and Friday Night Dinners. If you're looking to watch and learn, the demonstrations are perfect, you can simply sit back with a glass of bubbly watching and taking notes if you want to, on a number of dish demonstrations - you will of course get to sample the dishes too! Alternatively if you enjoy learning by doing and want a fun Friday night, then our Friday Night Dinners are for you! Paired up at one of our workstations you will create a delicious dish which you will later enjoy in the beautiful setting of the wellhouse.
Our classes will have you paired up and currently we are limiting our class size to 12 people indoors and 8 people outdoors.
Join us on one of our Evening Demonstrations and watch our Cookery School Manager, Sylvain Gachot, demonstrate a number of dishes whilst you sit back with a glass of bubbly and sample the dishes as he makes them, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions.
You will be able to sample each dish as Sylvain makes them.
Arrival from 6:30pm to start at 6:45pm.
The evening will finish at 8pm.
Friday Night Dinners
Join Cookery School Manager, Sylvain Gachot, at one of our Friday Night Dinner classes and learn how to master a dish in our state-of-the-art kitchen, that will then be yours to enjoy with a glass of wine for dinner in our converted well house.
Arrival from 6:30pm to start at 7pm.
The evening will finish at 9pm.
