Good to know...

There are always plenty of questions to ask about a great experience day.  Below are the answers to the questions we get asked the most but please do contact us if you want to know anything else!

What time do the classes start and finish?

Our full day classes begin at 9:30am and close at 4:30pm. Feel free to arrive and relax from 9.00am over coffee before a prompt start at 9.30am.

The day begins with a short introduction to the day over a cuppa and a few housekeeping items such as checking for any allergens that we should be aware of.

Depending on the class you are attending, the morning will be spent creating a dish that you will dine on for lunch and during the afternoon, you will be learning to create a dish that you will be able to take home with you.

Our half day classes run from 9:30am – 1:30pm OR 2:00pm – 5.30pm.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

To secure your place on any of our Season classes, we require full payment for all classes.

If you are not able to attend your chosen class, simply inform us 14 days before your booked course is due to start and we will transfer your booking to an equivalent course. We regret that refunds will not be issued on bookings cancelled within 14 days before the booked course.

What happens if I have allergies?

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your time with us, so please make sure you let us know of any food allergens when booking and also on arrival for your chosen class.
