It's not all about cooking directly on the barbeque, you will master skillet cooking and cooking on cedar planks to protect the delicate ingredients and flavours used in Indian cooking. Our chef will share with you an array of techniques and skills to create some delicious regional Indian dishes including chicken tandoori kebabs and barbecue naan. This class will give you to the knowledge and confidence to balance spices and re-create some delicious Indian barbeque gems that will be sure to impress your friends and family when you get cooking back in your own garden

No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a Weber barbecue between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
