Join us on Wednesday 16th October between 9.30am - 4.30pm at The Manor House Golf Club, to be looked after by our resident qualified therapists, personal training and nutrition advisors, Claire and Gemma.

Morning
Take part in a fitness class and flexibility class, then enjoy a coffee and cake in the lounge, where Claire and Gemma will be on hand for individual advice on health and fitness.
Afternoon
Enjoy a buffet lunch before taking part in a Nutrition for Life workshop, followed by some personal training and sports massage teasers in The Loft gym.
