We are delighted to welcome back one of our former chefs at The Pass, Steven Edwards. Following his MasterChef: The Professionals win in 2013, he left The Pass to start his own venture and now runs the renowned etch. by Steven Edwards restaurant in Hove.

Steven Edwards at The Pass will be taking residence in South Lodge for an exclusive period over the summer - 2nd July - 29th August. You can expect the same tasting menu ethos as etch. with frequently changing dishes that celebrate the very best of Sussex produce and seasonal ingredients.

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £20.

The Pass is an adult only environment.

Steven Edwards offers meat and fish, or vegetarian menus.

With advanced notice we can accommodate menus with low dairy or egg free.

Unfortunately we do not offer vegan or menus for a more restricted diet.
