Hooray! Our very own Camellia restaurant Sous Chef at South Lodge, Tom Hamblet, is the winner of MasterChef: The Professionals 2023. Following on from his successful residency as Head Chef of Camellia restaurant at South Lodge, Tom Hamblet heads to The Avenue restaurant at Lainston House between April 3rd – June 30th 2024.
A three course menu will be offered that showcases and shares with you dishes inspired by his time on MasterChef: The Professionals 2023.
Take a look at the dinner menu below inspired by the challenges from the show. The dishes are subject to small changes due to seasonality and sourcing the best produce on the day.
