Christmas Day Lunch Terms and Conditions

Anticipated guest numbers must be advised to the Hotel at the time of confirmation and will be identified as the minimum guaranteed number.

Additional guests can be booked via your event coordinator and are subject to availability.

Menu pre-orders (if applicable) or notification of dietary requirements and intolerances will be required at least 10 days prior to event. Guests without pre-orders will be served default, chefs-choice meal.

We cannot accept provisional bookings.

A non refundable or transferable 100% deposit payment per guest is required alongside signed form to confirm lunch booking.

If guest numbers decrease this deposit will be forfeited per guest and is not transferable to cover any final balance payment.

Table plan and domination will be advised by event coordinator and is subject to availability, this will not be confirmed until 2 weeks before your event.

The Client will conduct the function in an orderly manner without causing a nuisance and in full compliance with the directives and requirements of the Hotel management and with all applicable laws, Hotel rules, ordinances and regulations.

The Hotel reserves the right to exclude or eject, as it thinks fit and reasonable, any persons from the function or the Hotel  premises whom it shall consider objectionable.

The Client will ensure that no food or beverage is brought into the Hotel by themselves or any of their guests unless previously agreed in writing with the Hotel.

The Client in accepting these terms and conditions assumes responsibility for any and all damage caused by him or any member of his party, whether in rooms reserved or in any other part of the Hotel or grounds and the Hotel reserves the right to take payment of relevant damage charges.

Liability cannot be accepted by the Hotel for any items left unattended prior to, during or after the event.

The correspondence between the Hotel and the Client shall be taken as confirmation of the Client’s agreement with and the acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions.

Individual whose signature appears on this booking form is responsible for communication of terms to all individuals in attendance in family/group.

We do not guarantee which location your booking will be held until 2 weeks prior.
