We're incredibly lucky to have fantastically talented chefs across the collection, often scooping up awards, AA Rosettes and even a couple Michelin stars!

Latymer, Pennyhill Park

Awarded a Michelin Star and 4 AA Rosettes, Latymer offers exquisite dining in leafy Surrey, in the luxury Pennyhill Park hotel.

We have a new Head Chef for 2020, Steve Smith, who is one of the world's most inventive chefs with an impressive background, having held a Michelin star for the last 20 years including his first Michelin star aged 24! His incredible new menus draw on the finest seasonal ingredients offering à la carte options and a brand new discovery tasting menu - the menu being a complete surprise until you arrive!

Latymer is situated in one of the oldest parts of the original house at Pennyhill Park. It has an intimate and luxurious feel with wooden paneling, a beamed ceiling and rich plush fabrics throughout - perfect for a special occasion!

Bybrook, The Manor House

There's good reason by Bybrook retains its Michelin star year after year and that's down to the wonderful cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Rob Potter and his team, perfectly paired with a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

The delicious array of dishes served are made with the finest of local ingredients, including produce from The Manor House kitchen garden and enhanced by expertly matched wines from around the world by our wonderful sommelier.

All in all, it's perfect experience for a celebration or simply if you want to taste the best of dining in the Cotswolds.
