Step 1 - Up your H20
It's no secret that drinking water is vital for a healthy lifestyle but do we truly understand the benefits of upping our intake of H20. Not only is it important to stay hydrated to ensure your body functions properly, water also flushes out toxins, improves skin complexion, boosts your immune system and can even promote weight loss. When your body is functioning at it's best you will simply feel great and be happy. Why not set yourself hourly intake targets during the day, little and often is always best.
Step 2 - Get active

Equally getting active, from as little as 30 minutes of exercise per day, can help to purify the body, stimulates circulation and works the lymphatic system to drive out unwanted toxins and don't fear 30 minutes at the gym is not your only option.
