There are only a few places able to offer such a diverse range of experiences to create a dynamic team building events and activities that form lasting bonds. With secluded glades and private hollows throughout the estate, why not enjoy the freedom of the outdoors, or the private use of our very own on site cookery school.
Our large activity field provides the perfect spot for activities of all kinds from motorised sports, tank driving, giant football and dodgems to clay pigeon shooting, archery, fishing and nature immersion.
Indoors we can arrange wine tastings, cocktail demonstrations, cheese tastings, murder mystery days or chocolate making classes with our very own Chocolate Master, as well as cookery classes at our on site cookery school.
Season cookery school
Season cookery school is situated in the renovated 17th century well house within the tranquil setting of our very own Lainston House. We can accommodate groups of up to 24 willing delegates, and all classes are tutored by our very own Exclusive chefs as well as world-renowned and local chefs, experts and producers.
Either join one of our pre-arranged courses or book the cookery school exclusively for your event. And of course, we welcome ALL abilities at Season!
Nature Immersion experience
This unique wellbeing experience is designed to take your team on a mindful journey to improve their health and happiness at work and in their lives. Teaching ways in which you can slow down, take a break from the busyness of life and find inner calm and mental clarity, to leave with a sense of peace and creativity.
Kitchen Garden Tours
Find out all there is to know about the incredible fresh produce we use in our kitchens with a tour of our kitchen garden. Meet our General Manager Steve Lewis and enjoy a hot drink before our kitchen garden, Stefanie shares her extensive knowledge of our month to month planting to make sure our kitchens and cookery school are using the very best and freshest of fruit, vegetables and herbs from plot to plate.

Test Valley Fishing experience
Novice or expert, this experience is great for colleagues or clients. Located in the heart of the world famous Test Valley, this experience is available exclusively to us, the 3.5 acre site is only a 15 minute drive from the hotel and provides a rare opportunity to experience the best of fishing in the south of England with a small group of up to eight people.
