You have booked your event, so now it is time to let us know exactly how you want your meeting and dining rooms to be prepared and set up.

We will require a full list of all attendees with their private address, email and telephone number to comply with the government ‘test and trace’ policy. A standardised spreadsheet for you to complete will be provided.

To minimise 'traffic jams' in our lobby we are creating 'arrival' and 'check-in' windows. Please let us know your preference:















Dining

It is essential you notify us with details of all guest with any food allergies or intolerances. Or if guests have a lifestyle diet for example vegetarian or vegan. Please included this information on the delegate information sheet.

TEA AND COFFEE BREAKS: In line with government guidance our break stations will be staffed by a team member wearing the appropriate PPE. Guests will no longer be able to help themselves. With this in mind please let us know what time you would like service (15 minute intervals)

On arrival at the hotel, everyone will have their temperature taken at reception before proceeding to their event.

Please park in the hotel car park, we are unable to offer valet parking or luggage assistance. If staying the night, and arriving before 3pm, it is best to leave your bags in the car until your bedroom will be ready for you.
