Head for the South Downs National Park

Discover the rolling hills, river valleys, ancient woodland and so much more that makes up the South Downs National Park. Starting just outside Winchester, there's so many unspoilt landscapes to discover and trails to ramble. Perhaps you're even ending the 100 mile South Downs Way walk and are treating yourselves at Lainston House as your finish? By all means borrow a pair of our wellies by reception and head out on your walk for the day. We'll be ready to warmly welcome you back with plenty of tasty food and drinks to refuel you, and of course, a luxurious room to rest your sleepy heads.
