The Dawley Barn

The largest of our private function suites, the 17^th century Dawley Barn seats up to 120 guests and offers a private dining experience surrounded by charm and history. The barn features a beautiful brick fireplace, beamed ceilings and period wood flooring, as well as use of private cloakrooms and bar and offers an exclusive entrance way, for added privacy.

The Houghton Suite

The Houghton Suite is a large and spacious room, seats up to 40 guests and is naturally lit by large full length windows.

The Ash Suite

This beautiful airy room seats up to 20 guests and is well lit by a large bright window overlooking a gorgeous courtyard. The room also benefits from two entrances and boasts a beautifully ornate ceiling.

The Hampshire Suite

Seating up to 30 guests, the Hampshire Suite is a modern, well-lit room with access to a private courtyard for you and your guests to enjoy.

The Mountbatten Suite

An intimate dining room perfect for a small gathering of up to 14 guests. The intimate and traditional feel of the room is cast from candles lit either side of the fireplace, creating a truly cosy dining experience.

Carlton Room

Adjacent to the award-winning Avenue restaurant, the Carlton Room boasts beautiful views down the mile-long avenue of Lime Trees and provides a unique and elegant setting, ideal for gatherings of up to 50 guests.

The Drawing Room

A beautifully lit space overlooking the avenue of lime trees, filled with comfortable modern furnishings. As flexible as you wish, The Drawing Room can be arranged as an informal lounge, or for a formal dinner of up to 50 guests. This room also has access to the Cedar Bar, ideal for pre-dinner drinks.

Teepees and marquees

Our stunning South Lawn is the perfect location for teepees and marquees up to 600 guests for your celebration.

We are happy to recommend suppliers that can be totally flexible and can offer you the perfect space for your perfect day!

The Kitchen Garden

For brighter days we can take your celebrations outside! In our lovingly tended Kitchen Garden you can ‘pick your own Pimm’s’, enjoy a barbeque or pizza from our fire-wood oven, and rustle a few strawberries from our pots. The choice is yours.
