For lunch, tuck into a 3-course buffet in Hillfield or sandwich platter in your room. Most dinners are informal, either a themed buffet or a smoky barbecue on the terrace.
Formal dining - including exclusive use of our Michelin star restaurant - is easily arranged. And of course, reward your delegates with their favourite tipple, from champagne to a suite of delicious non-alcoholic drinks.
