A Cosy Winter Retreat
Relax on our winter terrace, sheltered under a stretch tent with crackling fires and soft blankets. Warm up with spiced mulled wine, creamy hot chocolate, and comforting snacks like wood-fired flatbreads, raclette, and crêpes. Perfect for laid-back afternoons or early evenings, it’s your ideal escape to savour the season.
Christmas Day Lunch - FULLY BOOKED
Wednesday 25th December
Enjoy a traditional Christmas carvery lunch with all the trimmings as our roving musician creates the soundtrack to your meal. There will also be a gift for all the children!
A half bottle of wine per person selected by our Sommelier will accompany your meal. Tables available from 12 noon.

Join us from 12pm for a relaxed carvery in Hillfield Restaurant featuring a selection of delicious local produce accompanied by our roving band.
A welcome glass of English sparkling wine will be served on arrival. Enjoy a buffet of starters before your meat, fish or veggie main, served with family-style vegetables. Saving the best till last... a choice of tasty dessert! Half bottle of wine per person selected by our Sommelier will accompany your meal. A fine way to extend the festive spirit!

Led by award-winning Executive Chef Sarah Frankland, our talented pastry team crafts each delectable tier with the freshest seasonal ingredients, ensuring that every bite captures the essence of Christmas.

New Year's Eve
Countdown to 2025
Join us this New Year's Eve for a luxurious overnight stay, with your pick of Michelin starred dining in Latymer, or more relaxed local feasting in Hillfield. Oh and for the spa lovers out there, our spa escape includes a treatment for the ultimate reset as you roll into the New Year. After dinner, head through to Hillfield Bar where there'll be live music, the big countdown and even midnight munchies to perfectly round off your night, before hitting the hay.
