Interactive dining & Special Jazzy Sundays
Head chef Lewis Russel has created a menu for our interactive Brasserie. Fresh, seasonal ingredients are brought to life with contemporary and classic techniques. The relaxed cuisine features wholesome, fun, home-comforts and British classics, including rack of lamb, macaroni cheese as well as steaks cooked on the Inka Charcoal Grill.
The interactive mobile buffet stations offer fresh food that changes throughout the day, including a selection of artisan breads and pastries during breakfast, fresh salads and cured meats at lunchtime and a large selection of handmade made desserts and continental cheeses available during both lunch and dinner.
Special Jazzy Sunday Lunches Every Sunday the already buzzing Brasserie comes alive to the sounds of the fabulously talented ‘Jubilee Jazz Trio’ playing as an accompaniment to the traditional Great British Sunday lunch being served.
