Food & Drink

It is very important to keep your delegates engaged in the meeting throughout your event. We seek to help you with this by providing regular healthy meals and breaks to keep both body and mind active during the day. Chef has a selection of menus for you to choose from but is also very happy to discuss individual needs and ideas.

Refreshment breaks

Tea and coffee is available throughout the day with home made treats fresh from the bakery.
Baked daily; pastries, cookies and cakes are offered together with fresh fruit and a selection of healthy snacks such as seeds, dried fruit or granola bars.

Breakfast

For residential delegates, breakfast is usually taken in The Brasserie where an extensive buffet is available daily. Private breakfasts are available on request.
Guests arriving first thing in the morning can book breakfast additionally or a light breakfast such as bacon rolls can be arranged in the meeting room. 

Lunches

Delegates usually take lunch in The Basserie where an extensive 3-course daily buffet is offered.  A wide selection of salads, charcuterie and seafood, and soup; hot main course meat, fish and vegetarian dishes; together with hot and cold desserts.  Menus are seasonally influenced using the very best locally sourced ingredients.
Alternatively a private set lunch or light working lunch can be arranged.

Dinner

There are ample choices for dinner. Groups of up to 20 may dine privately or in The Brasserie. Groups of over 20 guests dine privately and choose from our specially selected menus. Alternatively less formal dining can be arranged such as barbecues, themed buffets or evenings with entertainment. Your dedicated event co-ordinator will be happy to discuss all the options.
