The vision of the programme will provide aspiring and passionate individuals with an opportunity to develop and acquire key leadership skills within our luxury hotel collection. A unique programme delivering wow experiences with industry leaders on your journey to personal success & achievement.

Application Process

Applications open each year in September. Submissions are considered at the time of entry, on an applicant by applicant basis. Applications will close once all positions are filled or at the end of January, whichever is soonest. Positions are allocated throughout our 6 properties, you may indicate a preference which will be considered although is not guaranteed. Placements commence in May to September, depending on property and specific placement awarded. It is a two year structured programme encompassing training in all areas of the business.

This means that should you leave the programme for any reason you may be required to reimburse a proportion of the cost of the training back to the hotel. full details of this will be explained to you as part of the recruitment process
