Throughout Matt’s career, he has received some amazing recognition for the work he does. Awarded his first Michelin star in the Latymer Restaurant at Pennyhill Park in 2017, you might also recognise him from BBC1’s MasterChef the Professionals in 2010 or BBC2’s Great British Menu in 2015.
Leyra Pedrazuela Otero
Leyre might be a familiar face to you in most recent times. She appeared Bake Off: The Professionals in 2019 placing second place with her team mate and friend Sarah Frankland. Leyre worked alongside Sarah as Pastry Sous Chef at Pennyhill before being promoted to Head Pastry Chef at South Lodge.
Chris picked up his Acorn Award in 2019 for being recognised as one of the top 30 under 30 brightest prospects in the hospitality industry. Chris is constantly looking at different learning and development opportunities for our teams across the Exclusive Group and will ensure that no stone goes unturned.
At just 20 years old, Jordan picked up the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs GB Young Chef of the Year 2019. Jordan beat off talent from all over the country and will go on to represent Great Britain in the International Finals held in Canada next September.
We were very proud to see Georgia represent Exclusive at the UK and Ireland Junior Chocolate Masters 2019. Georgia did an amazing job and we have no doubt that this is just the start of Georgia’s competition entries.
