The Kitchens vary in size across the properties and offer an excellent way to build your career in hospitality. We offer Apprenticeships, the Chefs' Academy for qualified Chefs looking to fast track their careers and direct entry roles for every level from Commis Chef to Managing the Kitchen as Head Chef.
Positions for all levels of chefs throughout the brigade

Technical Services
There are a range of roles in this department. Technical Services is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the properties, the grounds and the golf clubs. So, the opportunities can vary from looking after the Rugby pitch, tending the kitchen gardens, redecorating the rooms, maintaining the kitchens or the Spa.
Spa, Gym and Themis Restaurant
The Spa has opportunities for qualified Therapists, Personal Trainers in the Gym as well as the support team who ensure that our guests are well looked after from the moment they decide to book a treatment or spend time with us.
In addition, the Themis Restaurant team serve meals throughout the day and the Spa Housekeeping and Maintenance teams look after the facilities.
