We are actively seeking a 1 year Food & Beverage Placement. During a Food and Beverage rotation, you will move between all of our outlets within the Hotel, including our Restaurants, the Bar and Conference & Banqueting. In each area you will be undertaking general food and beverage duties, below is a brief explanation on each area and what you can expect to experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Conference & Banqueting Manager. 

This role is instrumental in ensuring that all Conference and Banqueting operations run successfully and in line with all guest requirements. A hands on position where you are expected to not only manage the team but also work alongside them, leading by example and demonstrating luxury standards.

As Housekeeping Supervisor you will ensure that the room attendants are supervised on the floor, and rooms and corridors are cleaned and serviced to the required standard. You will be passionate about delivering professional, efficient and exceptional guest service at all times and will also possess strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. You will be instrumental in creating a home away from home for our guests.

We are actively seeking permanent part time Hospitality Assistants to work in our luxury hotel South Lodge Hotel.. This is a 8 hour a week minimum part time contract to work across multiple operational departments within the Hotel. This position will include working in the Room Division (Guest Services and Housekeeping) and Food and Beverage (Restaurants, Bars and Conference and Banqueting).Each shift will be slightly different and it is expected that you are flexible and fluid in your approach to departments you work in.
