Room Attendant

We are actively a seeking Room Attendant to help create happiness in amazing places by ensuring our meticulous standards of cleanliness are accomplished throughout the property.

Guests tell us they love our four poster beds, the huge bathrooms, walk in showers, pillow menus and as a member of our Housekeeping team your role will be pivotal to the success of their stay.

Linen Porter

To assist in the movement, stock and delivery of linen and amenities, assisting room attendants in the movement of furniture/beds/cots etc… When required to ensure that the bedrooms whether vacant/ stay / depart / turndown / spring clean are cleaned following the correct procedures.  Exceeding the required 5 star standard, in the time allocated whilst ensuring a ‘wow experience’ to the guests.  Complying with Health and Safety, Manual handling practices and COSHH regulations at all times.

Conference and Banqueting Manager

This role is instrumental in ensuring that all Conference and Banqueting operations run succesfully and in line with all guest requirements.  A hands on position where you are expected to not only manage the team but also work alongside them, leading by example and demonstrating luxury standards

Head Waiter/ Waitress

We are now actively recruiting for a Head Waiter/ Waitress who will be responsible for assisting with the day to day operation of The Manor House Hotel Restaurant and Bar. You will work alongside the Bybrook Restaurant and Bar Manager and Assistant R&B Manager to ensure our guests have a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you will be working in the Michelin starred restaurant or our dedicated gin bar, you will cover all aspects of service to enhance the guest journey and grow your own personal experience in a fantastic property. 

Breakfast Supervisor

To supervise the Food and Beverage operations within the hotel in full compliance with the Exclusive Hotels and Venues standards.  To optimise opportunities to hit and exceed budgeted targets.  To work as part of a team and to constantly evaluate, train and improve the experience our guests receive
