VIP’s – Very Important Paws!

We know that having a dog is not just 'having a pet', they are very much part of the family and a trip away just wouldn't be the same without them! With so many fantastic places to visit and go walking with your pooch in the Berkshire countryside, we're perfectly placed for day trips and even have acres of our own grounds for your four legged friends to explore.

To have your furry friend stay with you, there’s a £40 per dog per stay charge which includes the provision of a dog bed, towel, water bowl and a welcome treat.

Please note Dogs can not be left unattended in your bedroom or any parts of the hotel or grounds during your stay.

Dog friendly rooms

We have a few delightful dog friendly rooms all with access in to our grounds close by. In your room there will be a comfy dog bed waiting, a bowl, and a little treat.

Hungry pups

Just like us people, dogs know what they like and like their food fresh! If you're bringing fresh dog food you would like stored in our fridges, just let us know and we'll happily accommodate you.

Once your pooch is fed and happy and the human tummies are grumbling, we have a few dining options available for you. If you would like to keep your four-legged friend by your side, you're welcome to enjoy our all day dining in The Polo Bar or of course out on our terraces when the warmer weather is with us.

We love welcoming your pooches and making a fuss of them but unfortunately we do not offer a dog sitting service whilst you have a  spot of dinner in one of our restaurants.

Walkies!!

With a few acres of Royal Berkshire grounds to explore, you can enjoy a lovely wander around with dog waste bins dotted around the grounds. And if you're looking to venture out a little further afield, pop to reception and one of our team can provide you with a ideas for a couple of local walking hot spots.
