In The Hotel
When you arrive we have special arrival packs for your children to help keep them entertained during your time with us and if you're up for a not so boring, family board game - there’s a trunk in reception full of games for you to help yourselves to.
We hope you get glorious weather whilst you're with us, and if you do, you're welcome to take some bikes out to have a ride around the grounds - we have bikes and helmets for all ages. For the evening, why not order up some popcorn from room service and pick one of the latest premieres from Sky Movies.
When it comes to meal times, we've got you covered. Alongside our usual menus, we have have our Little Lodgers afternoon tea and a dedicated children’s menu in our award-winning Camellia restaurant.
In some rooms we can arrange additional beds or cots for your little ones, or we highly recommend one of our dedicated family suites which include two double beds - no fighting over which bed they get in here! What's more, we have dog friendly rooms too, so no leaving the family pet at home.
In The Spa
Whilst the spa is predominantly an adult only environment, we want families to be able to enjoy some time in the pools too. We have dedicated splash times in both our indoor pool and outdoor swimming pond and children are welcome to sit around the swimming pond outside of these times too. Children robes will be provided when you arrive.
The changing rooms, indoor pool and outdoor swimming pond are open to children during these splash times:
8am–9.30am and 4pm–5.30pm
Children are welcome in Botanica at any time to enjoy our delicious and healthy menu items. They are also welcome at Watershed outside by the pool for a gelato in the summer months.
