On site activities
Whether you want to pop some wellies on and explore our 93 acres of parkland, play one of our garden games, or take in the breathtaking views of the South Downs, we have something for everyone here at South Lodge.
Games
Why not partake in a game of Quoits, Jenga, croquet, boules and football. If the English weather fancies watering the plants, you can head inside to find our toy trunk to continue the fun inside. For the evening, why not order up some popcorn from room service and pick one of the latest premieres from Sky Movies.
In the Spa
Whilst the spa is predominantly an adult only environment, we want families to be able to enjoy some time in the pools too. We have dedicated splash times for children under 16 years, in both our indoor pool and outdoor wild swimming pool. Children's robes will be provided when you arrive.
The changing rooms, indoor pool and outdoor wild swimming pool are open to children during these splash times:
8am–9.30am and 4pm–5.30pm
Children are welcome in Botanica at any time to enjoy our delicious and healthy menu items. They are also welcome at Watershed outside by the pool for a gelato in the summer months.
Explore the grounds
We hope you get glorious weather whilst you're with us, and if you do, you're welcome to take some bikes out to have a ride around the grounds - we have bikes and helmets for all ages. Why not ask at reception for one of our Minty treasure maps to help you discover more of our grounds?
