We invite all guests to check in from 3pm and ask that you have checked out of your room by 11am.

The nearest station is Horsham Train Station, 5 miles or 10 minutes away. There is a taxi rank here.

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
- Do you have a gym?
Yes we do - our residents are welcome to use the gym at anytime and have 24 hour access using their room keys. The gym has a full range of Technogym equipment each with its own entertainment system along with fresh towels, unlimited mineral water and air conditioning.
We can also offer the services of our resident personal trainer who can be booked via our Concierge Team.

Please note that 'The Pass' is open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner and Thursday to Sunday for lunch
Tables are available to book for lunch between 12:00 noon and 1.30pm Thursday to Saturday and 12.30pm and 1.30pm on Sunday
Tables are available to book for dinner between 7pm and 8.30pm
The Pass is open to children over the age of 12 years old
- What time do you serve breakfast from and until?
Breakfast is served in The Camellia from 7am to 10am Monday to Saturday and from 7.30am to 10.30am on Sundays. Or feel free to order breakfast to be served in your room or suite.

Yes, we offer 24 hour room service. Please refer to the room service menu on the tablet in your room.
- What time do you serve afternoon tea from and until?
We serve afternoon tea from 1.30pm to 4pm every day of the week. Advance booking is highly recommended.
