The Hotel
What key safety measures do I need to know about? Will I have to wear a mask?

From the 27th January, it is no longer a legal requirement to wear a mask indoors, so you and our Exclusive team have the choice on whether they would like to continue to wear a mask.

We will be keeping in place our screens at reception, along with sanitising stations around the hotel.

Please continue to demonstrate physical distancing where possible to keep yourselves, fellow guests and our team as comfortable and safe as possible.

Please note our team members are not able to police government guidelines, so please be considerate to others at all times during your stay.

What time is check-in and check-out?

We invite all guests to check in from 3pm and ask that you have checked out of your room by 11am.

If you have booked one of our Suites* then we offer an extended check out time of midday.

If you arrive before your room is ready or want to explore the grounds after check-out, we do ask you store your luggage in your car if possible to minimise contact with your belongings.
