Experience seasonal stories to savour this winter with an unforgettable evening at our Michelin-starred restaurant, Bybrook. 

Chef Rob Potter and the team will present a four-course tasting menu, with three dishes perfectly paired with a glass of Macallan whisky with the fourth course paired with a glass of wine chosen by our Sommelier.

Your evening begins at 7pm with a cocktail featuring Macallan 12 Year, followed by introductions from Macallan Brand Ambassador Niamh Taylor before the feast begins at 7.45pm in the Brook.
