Welcome to the Junior Open sign‑up form. Please complete the details below to secure your place in the competition. Your information helps us organise the day smoothly and ensure every participant has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience out on the course.

Payments:
After signing up, using the form below, you will be contacted for payment.  Once this has been received and processed your entry will be confirmed.  The cost is £40 per entrant.
