What time can we check in and do we need to check out by a certain time?

Our check in time is 3pm but feel free to arrive a little early, drop your bags with Concierge and take a stroll around the grounds or sit and relax over a cuppa or a light snack in the lounges. Concierge will place your bags in your room when it becomes available. Check out time is 11am. 

Do you have free WiFi?

Yes, we offer complimentary WiFi throughout the resort with the exception of the Waterfall Lodge at the golf club.

What's the nearest train station?

Chippenham Train Station is nearest to us which is 6.5 miles or a 16 minute drive away. There is a permanent taxi rank at the front of the station.

Do you have a gym?

We apologise that we do not have a gym for our guests, however we do have a tennis court and running maps are available from reception. Beauty treatments are available in The Potting Shed, please ask for more details. 

Do you offer room service?

Yes, we offer 24 hour room service - please refer to the room service menu on the tablet in your room.

What time do you serve breakfast?

Breakfast is served at the following times:
7am to 10am Monday to Friday
7.30am to 10.30am Saturday and Sunday

What time is The Bybrook restaurant open?

Dinner is served from 7pm to 9pm, Monday to Sunday.
Lunch is only available on Sunday.

During the rest of the week we off a Casual Dining menu in the lounges throughout the day.

What time do you serve afternoon tea?

Afternoon Tea is served in the Bybrook restaurant, Monday to Saturday, and in our Drawing Room on a Sunday, between 2pm and 4.30pm.
Cream Tea is served everyday in our lounges from 11am.
