The small print

Classes are available to spa members, hotel residents and day spa guests only
There is a £10.00 charge per person, per class for hotel residents and day spa guests
Classes are complimentary to all spa members
As class numbers are strictly limited, to avoid disappointment please reserve your place in each of the classes you wish to attend.
We kindly request that all attendees arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of the class as a courtesy to the instructor and other participants
We reserve the right to refuse admission to the class after the advertised start time
Please notify the studio Instructor before starting any new class for the first time
Please inform your instructor if you have high blood pressure, are taking medication, have any injuries, or have recently undergone surgery
