Two-course dinner with Matty & Tom
You’ll kick off your day with a warm drink and a fresh pastry — the perfect chance to relax, mingle with fellow food lovers, and get to know your classmates before stepping into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking session led by Matty.
Working in pairs at your own workstation, you’ll dive straight into the action with expert guidance from not one, but two award-winning chefs. Following Tom and Matty’s demonstrations, you’ll put new skills into practice as you prepare a delicious two-course meal, tasting and enjoying your creations as you go.
Throughout the class, Matty and Tom will be right there with you — offering advice, showing techniques, sharing their culinary know-how, and sprinkling in plenty of tips, tricks, and behind-the-scenes stories from their time on the Great British Bake Off and MasterChef: The Professionals.
