Guided by our expert chef tutor, you’ll learn the fundamentals of fire mastery, from building and controlling heat to creating versatile cooking zones and selecting the ideal wood for flavour and performance. Discover how to harness the full potential of the Vulcanus grill and plancha to produce beautifully cooked dishes with depth, smoke, and character.

As the flames come to life, you’ll cook alongside our chef, crafting a delicious feast over live fire and gaining practical techniques you can recreate at home.

Relaxed, hands‑on, and full of flavour, this experience promises great food, new skills, and plenty of inspiration - just be prepared for friends and neighbours to drop by once they catch the aroma!

  • Fire roasted Aubergines, charred spring onions with mango sauce, lime yoghurt with curried sesame salt served in crispy parathas
  • Vulcanus ember butter scallops with burnt orange and coriander honey vinaigrette
  • Smoked coffee chicken legs with spiced coconut peppercorn sauce and charred okra
  • Onglet marinaded in Annato, maple syrup with charred Urfa chilli with ember roasted garlic, charred lime butter mop sauce
  • Roasted charred peached with amaretto creme fraiche and biscotti crumble
