All the bedrooms on the ground floor of the courtyard are wheelchair accessible with one bedroom being specially adapted with a wet room and hand rails. Please request this room at the time of booking. Ground floor rooms are situated close to a fire exit suitable for wheelchairs.
On the up
There is a lift situated adjacent to the Conservatory Bar giving assistance in reaching The Energy Zone, the Hertford & Ware Suite and a number of the third floor bedrooms.

We have a drop off zone directly outside reception where visitors are welcome to disembark before parking your car.
