The Pass dine and stay

The Pass is an intimate restaurant, offering a unique dining experience for up to 28 diners within the historic walls of South Lodge. Located in the heart of the kitchen, you will experience the craft, overlooking the brigade of chefs in action as each and every dish is brought to life, filling you with anticipation as the final touches are made on the pass before heading to your table. Awarded a Michelin Star and 3 AA Rosettes in 2023 with Ben Wilkinson at the helm and his partner Monika Zurawska leading the front of house team, The Pass delivers exciting tasting menus making the very best of seasonal produce he highlight of your plate.

A minimum two night stay may apply to Saturdays during peak season, if you're looking to stay the weekend you can select the link below to add dining at The Pass as an extra to your stay, subject to availability. Please note The Pass is open Wednesday - Sundays, so our special off peak prices for The Pass Dine and Stay can be found Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Your package price gives you free cancellation when giving notice by 3pm GMT, 3 days or more in advance of arrival, and for each subsequent night
Any deposit paid will be refunded when meeting cancellation terms
