Talented Head Chef Josh Mann along with his experienced brigade of chefs take pride in delivering a seasonal menu inspired by the fresh fruit and vegetables from the hotel’s walled garden and the finest local Sussex ingredients.
Sunday: 12.30pm with tables last seated at 2.15pm
Monday to Thursday: 7pm with tables last seated at 8.15pm
Friday and Saturday: 6.30pm with tables last seated at 8.30pm
Camellia is laid out over three rooms giving the restaurant an intimate feel, enhanced with a traditional country house style of decoration with wooden paneling and luxury furnishings. In the summer months the restaurant is extended outside onto the beautiful terrace offering outstanding alfresco dining.
Children are welcome in Camellia and a Little Lodgers menu, that might better suit their taste is available.
