The Pass

The Pass is an intimate restaurant, offering a unique dining experience for up to 28 diners within the historic walls of South Lodge. Located in the heart of the kitchen, you will be immersed in the kitchen experience, overlooking the brigade of chefs in action as each and every dish is brought to life, filling you with anticipation as the final touches are made on the pass before heading to your table.

The Pass is back open with new Head Chef Ben Wilkinson at the helm. Bringing a wealth of experience to the restaurant following his success at The Cottage in the Wood, a Michelin starred restaurant with rooms in the Lake District. Ben will be joining The Pass with his partner, Monika Zurawska, who will be leading the front of house team to bring you the very best service and insight behind each dish. The duo look forward to creating and delivering exciting tasting menus, making the very best seasonal produce the highlight of your plate.
