The two AA Rosette winning Camellia restaurant offers mouth-watering dishes made with skill and flair by the Camellia brigade of chefs. Using fresh vegetables from the hotel's walled kitchen garden and the finest local Sussex ingredients, it has its own unique style in creating balanced, contemporary interpretations of traditional seasonal dishes.
£20 deposit per person required for all bookings to secure your table
Sunday: 12.30pm with tables last seated at 2pm
Monday to Thursday: 6.30pm with tables last seated at 8pm
Friday to Sunday: 6pm with tables last seated at 8pm
The Camellia will close at 10pm in line with the government guidelines
Camellia is laid out over three rooms giving the restaurant an intimate feel, enhanced with a traditional country house style of decoration with wooden paneling and luxury furnishings. In the summer months the restaurant is extended outside onto the beautiful terrace offering outstanding alfresco dining.
Children are welcome in Camellia and a Little Lodgers menu, that might better suit their taste is available.
