Grapevine Face and Body Glow
This signature South Lodge treatment showcases our brand new product range in partnership with Pelegrims.
The Pelegrims x South Lodge product range encompasses Grape leaf extract from South Lodges very own Vineyard. The grape leaf extract contains natural anti-oxidant properties with anti-aging benefits, which will soften and rejuvenate the skin, lightening scars, and smoothing uneven skin tone.
This revitalising facial treatment comprises of a “facial for the back” which will cleanse, detox and hydrate the skin followed by a soothing neck and shoulder massage. A relaxing scalp massage to relieve stress and release tension is followed by a cleansing facial encompassing a light exfoliation with a detoxifying mask whilst the calming facial massage concludes with a wonderful nourishing facial balm, that will leave your skin glowing, and a soothing eye cream.

Comfort Zone's Tranquillity Pro-Sleep Treatment
This nurturing holistic ritual is the perfect way to promote a deep state of relaxation. Warm oil is brushed and gently massaged onto the body with light, rhythmic movements using Comfort Zone's signature Tranquility Oil. The technique works by stimulating the three most important sensorial pathways in the body: olfactive, using a blend of cedar wood and sweet orange essential oils to ease the mind; tactile, using a soft brush to apply light pressure to the skin and activate sensorial receptors that help the body de-stress; and hearing, using bespoke music to encourage rest. The placement of warm towels and the use of the essential oils will allow you to drift off and encourage a restful night’s sleep.

The Spa Mud Room Experience
Our Rasul experience is a traditional Arabian inspired cleansing treatment that combines relaxing enhancing properties of heat, steam and mud leaving your skin beautifully exfoliated and moisturised incorporating English Countryside ingredients that stimulate skin cell regeneration visibly improving the skin’s appearance.
This luxurious self performed cocooning ritual is for two people, in the privacy of your very own private steam room incorporating 3 of our Pelegrims x South Lodge products which encompass the grape leaf extract from South Lodges very own vineyard.
Your treatment commences by you applying a body buffing balm which is a delightful natural product made from finely milled pumice stone powder and zeolite clay powder which will gently buff away dead skin cells leaving the skin feeling renewed with a healthy glow. Next you will apply a wonderful detoxifying mineral rich clay mud, which has been blended with nettle root powder and AHA fruit acids to create a rejuvenating and cleansing face and body mask. The mud is great to detox, lift and clarify dull looking skin. Following the steam room experience where the scrub and mud is showered off, you will conclude this treatment with the application of a smooth and nourishing body lotion to hydrate and improve the appearance of your skin, helping to protect from daily environmental stressors.

The Spa Couples Escape
Take quality time together with this indulgent experience for two. Begin with a private, self-led cleansing and steam experience in the Mud Room. Following the Mud Room move through to the adjoining room for an hour’s full body bamboo massage to de-stress and relax you both in our specially designed couple’s treatment room. All with a glass of Ridgeview English sparkling wine to enjoy at your leisure.

Omorovicza Botanical Treatment
Exclusively to South Lodge, this indulgent back and facial treatment was inspired by South Lodge’s botanical history. Designed to brighten and illuminate the complexion on the face and back, the treatment begins with a back exfoliation and warming back massage using rose quartz stones to promote relaxation and wellbeing, followed by a botanical facial for hydration and repair. Botanicals used within the treatment are sage, chamomile, calendula, edelweiss and jojoba which are all known for their soothing anti-ageing properties. This treatment will leave you feeling renewed, relaxed and radiant.

Reflexology
The ancient art of reflexology is a holistic therapy effective in reducing stress and optimising well being.
