Good to know...

There are always plenty of questions to ask about a great experience day.  Below are the answers to the questions we get asked the most but please do contact us if you want to know anything else!

  • SEASON
SEASON
What time do the classes start and finish?

Our £195 classes start at 10am and for outdoor classes we aim to finish at 3pm with the indoor classes finishing at 3:30pm.

For £149 classes, we begin at 10am and aim to finish by 2pm, with the exception of our Pizza classes that begin at 12pm and finish at 4pm. Our £99 classes start at 10am and finish at 1pm.

We ask you to arrive 15 minutes before your class start time to relax, enjoy a cuppa and go through some housekeeping items.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

To secure your place on any of our Season classes, we require a full, non refundable payment for all classes.

If you are not able to attend your chosen class, simply inform us 14 days before your booked course is due to start and we will transfer your booking to an equivalent course.

What happens if I have allergies?

We want you to enjoy every aspect of your time with us, so please make sure you let us know of any food allergens when booking and also on arrival for your chosen class.

When can children attend a class?

Anyone over 16 years of age may attend a class independently (16 and 17 year old persons will need a parent or guardian to sign the arrival form).

Children aged 7 and over may attend our Child and Parent classes.

We are not able to offer classes to children under 7 years old.

On some of our classes, we are able to accept children aged 13 and above when attending with a full paying adult. This is at the discretion of the Chef Tutor and will differ from class to class based on factors such as how technical the recipes are. Please do get in touch and we will be happy to guide you to an appropriate class.

Do I have to book a class or can I just show up?

You need to book via this website or by phone on: 01962 776088

Do I need to have cooking experience?

Our classes are open to everyone, whether you are an experienced chef or would like to try cookery for the first time. All you need is a keen interest in food and we will help with the rest!

Are recipes included?

When arriving for your day, you will be given all the recipes that you will learn that day. They are then yours to keep to try out at home so remember to take notes from our expert Chefs as they talk through their tips and tricks.

How many students are on each course?

A maximum of 24 for our indoor classes with a maximum of 12 for our outdoor classes.

What should I wear for the cookery class?

Make sure that you are comfortable, especially your footwear. We will provide you with a Season apron to wear to protect your clothes. Please minimise jewellery for hygiene reasons.
