After enjoying a welcome cuppa and pastry with your fellow classmates, your day will be filled with watching demonstrations and then creating some authentic Indian dishes different regions, including Aloo tikka, Rava dosa and much more. 

Taste your way through India and learn how to make traditional dishes that will impress all your friends and family at the next dinner party. Indian street food is characterised by its bold flavours and colourful aromas, so a huge part of your day will be spent learning and mastering how to balance spices to create authentic Indian dishes. No need to order a take away, after this class you will have all the knowledge and techniques you need to create your very own Indian banquet. 

No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a workspace between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
