Love to cook: Italian Classics

After enjoying a welcome cuppa and pastry with your fellow classmates, your day will be filled with a visit to our kitchen garden to pick some fresh rosemary for the focaccia, discovering top tips on perfecting the classic tiramisu, and learning how to master the art of making pasta from scratch. 

Italians love to celebrate life through family and food.  Authentic Italian cuisine is very simple celebrating generations of food traditions made using the freshest of ingredients. During this full day class you will watch demonstrations by one of our expert chefs giving you the opportunity to pick up some top tips, before it's your turn to head to your workstation and get cooking. Become a professional at mixing, kneading, rolling and shaping both pasta and pizza dough to create delicious dishes that will impress. After lot's of cooking, comes lot's of eating - who can resist pizza straight out of the wood fired oven?!

No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a workspace between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
