Love to cook: Mezze and Tapas

After enjoying a welcome cuppa and pastry with your fellow classmates, it’s time to get into the kitchen to discover a day full of demonstrations and cooking the most delicious Mezze and Tapas, traditional Middle East and Spanish cuisine.

Join us in the converted wellhouse kitchens of Season and be inspired by the flavours and spices of the Middle East and Spain and learn how to create a variety of Mezze and Tapas.  Classic frittata, spicy falafels, Mannish bread and more are on the menu. Each dish will be demonstrated by one of our talented chefs before you get cooking and then the best bit – eating! This hands-on class will give you the confidence and skills to share all that you have learnt with family and friends, perfect for a relaxed evening sharing these dishes packed with flavour.

No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a workspace between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
