Love to cook: Puddings!

After enjoying a welcome cuppa and pastry with your fellow classmates, no doubt discussing your favourite puddings, you will head to into the kitchen to make not one, not two, but five delicious desserts!

If you always look at the sweets first on the menu then this class has your name all over it. Your day will be filled with demonstrations from one of our talented pastry chefs sharing top tips and techniques, re—creating the puddings in your shared workstation and the best bit of all, tasting! Who can resist sticky toffee pudding, a crème brûlée, or a slice of Swiss roll? But there’s only so much sweet food you can eat in one day, so light snacks will also be provided at lunchtime.

No need to be a cooking connoisseur here…the class is relaxed, fun, informative and interactive, suiting all abilities. Sharing a workstation between two (if you come on your own we will pair you with a classmate), we will work together through the preparation and cooking of each dish, then you can enjoy the fruits of your labour, whilst our cleaning wizards do their magic and hey presto - your cooking station ready for the next dish!
