Join psychotherapist, business advisor and performance coach Jon Treanor for a series of workshops.

Session One: Beliefs, Attitudes and behaviours. How they inform the way we interact with the world and how we can change them.

Session Two: Values and Principle: How we identify our values and the noble truth about ourselves; how this can define your future

Session Three: How to realise your true potential, to be authentic in a rapidly changing world

The world moves fast and life changes rapidly – perhaps more rapidly than it has ever done before. Covid19 arrived quickly. As a result, an increasing number of people are feeling concerned and anxious. Finding simple relatable ways to contentment within ourselves is the purpose of these sessions.

Having covered with Mindfulness, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Empathy Jon elaborates on the components for our self that focus on the personal changes you may wish to consider in order to get the best out of yourself and truly engage, inspire and motivate yourself and others.

Life is about becoming successful in being content, in enjoying happy times. Bringing moments of joy into your life is the single most important objective in life.

In learning to let go of the past and becoming curious about what might be, Jon demonstrates the techniques to transform how you view the world. In following this approach, you can develop your own way to feeling released and refreshed, to opening up your thinking and to liberating emotion. Changing the ways in which we think alters our the ways in which we behave. Events, places and people that have informed our life can be let go or embraced with gratitude.

Jon started his working life as a trainee chef working his way up through sales and marketing to becoming recognised as an expert in managing and motivating people. Jon is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) and Fellow of the (Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA). He was Ernst and Youngs ‘Entrepreneur of the year’ winner in 2002.
