Slice Right - Knife Skills

Your class: This class is a step by step guide to chopping, slicing and dicing your way to better cooking, as well as learning how to care for your knives correctly. You will learn skills such as; chopping various vegetables using different cutting styles, deboning a chicken and cooking two tasty dishes with the produce that you have used throughout the day.

Menu: Minestrone Soup | Chicken Stir Fry

Half day class: Our half day class include refreshments, ingredients, equipment, a meal that the guest has prepared on the course with a glass of wine and food to take home. Our classes will have you paired up at a workstation and can hold up to a maximum of 24 people per class.

09:20 – 09:30 Welcome and a run through of health and safety 
09:30 – Class starts with the morning spent preparing some dishes that will be eaten for lunch (lunch will be provided for courses without any savoury recipes)
